Our practice specializes in Allergy, Nutrition, and Anti-aging, and our mission is:
- to be current with leading edge methodologies in Allergy, Nutrition, and Anti-aging;
- to be careful to “first do no harm”;
- to be mindful that our most precious resource is our children; and
- to remember that nothing is more important than improving the health of our patients.
Our practice pledge is to build a team of practitioners who can address the many underlying causes of the chronic conditions and diseases that are common in the industrialized world. Because our practice treats many children, we are especially sensitive to their needs, and have begun a network of practitioners to better serve our pediatric and adult patients called the Referral Network.
Our practice goal is to educate and treat with emphasis on patient awareness and self empowerment. Education includes home testing and treatment support, which facilitates patient self-management, reduces office visits, and increases patient responsibility and autonomy. For example, our NAET parents often participate in the care of their children by rendering supportive care at home between visits, shortening time of care and improving outcomes.
Medical symptom oriented treatment is both necessary and valuable for short term disease care; however, additionally addressing the underlying cause by modifying lifestyles makes sense for the long haul, and that is an important part of our alternative/complimentary approach.

R. Bach – Illusions
Our practice intent is to provide a superior service for an affordable fee. Because so few of our services are reimbursable by insurance, we have established a NAET fee that is about half the local common fee for that service, and about 1/3 of what is commonly charged in larger cities. Our laboratory charges are the same as those charged by the Lab for Medicare and Medicaid. Vitamin supplements, through Preventics, are sold under the Vitalmins label at wholesale, or 50% off retail. The average cancer patient saves between $4000.00 and $8000.00 a year as a result of this discount on supplements alone.
Dr. David provides a free Health Help Hotline that he answers Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, providing patients with additional savings in both money and time. Preventics also emails a newsletter, Dr. David’s News You Can Use, that is full of helpful information on how to live a healthier life in our toxic industrialized society.
Dr. David’s services include nutritional and NAET evaluations based on Neuro Muscular Reflex Testing (NMRT), patient history, examination, and laboratory evaluation. He became interested in nutritional medicine while in healing arts college in the 1960s, and made that a principle part of his practice since graduating in 1968. Since 1987, his practice focused almost totally on nutritional/complimentary/alternative approaches to health care, which distanced him from the disease care delivery system presently in vogue. When, in 2002, he discovered the NAET approach to allergy/sensitivity that actually eliminates allergies, it was a perfect fit. He presently sees new NAET patients on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
