| Many people
experience mid morning or mid afternoon fatigue. For some this is
a blood sugar response that suggests low blood sugar disease, or
hypoglycemia. I believe that for many it is just a wake up call
to breathe more deeply. Working at jobs that require minimal movement
often results in habitual shallow breathing, and thus tiredness
is a direct result of reduced vital force. Take a few moments and
breathe 3 or 4 really deep breaths to revitalize the body and clear
the head. Oxygen starvation is common in the workplace. |
