I’ve been railing about plastic pollution at the world level and cellular level for a couple of decades now, and finally it looks like we as a Nation are waking up to the dangers of this ubiquitous substance. However, I have noticed numerous advertisements in various magazines and publications that are urging us to forego plastic and start using aluminum drinking containers. Don’t do it.
Aluminum is one of the toxic minerals that is intimately involved in neuro-fibrillary tangles associated with Alzheimer’s Dementia. I refuse to use deodorants that use Aluminum Chlorhydrate as the active ingredient, and I won’t drink beverages from aluminum cans (listen up you beer drinkers).
Once Aluminum gets into the nervous system, displacing the mineral neurological conductors that belong there, the body has an inadequate mechanism to remove it, and Aluminum won’t conduct nerve impulses leaving those pathways useless.
So Here’s An Alternative And A Great Holiday Gift
So here’s a solution. I use a stainless steel water bottle. Stainless steel water bottles are available at some sporting goods stores and from the following sources:
- www.needs.com, 800-634-1380;
- www.nubiusorganics.com, 888-600-7004;
- www.realgoods.com, 800-919-2400; and
- www.natural-lifestyle.com, 800-752-2775.
By the way, they make a practical and appreciated holiday gift for almost anyone who is health conscious.
