The Importance Of Fat …and The Misinformation Surrounding It

By Dr. David on March 20, 2009

Since I was a boy I have watched the heart disease, cancer, and diabetes statistics escalate as we have eaten ourselves into chronic ill health. You can’t live without fat, it’s essential, and must be considered when we talk about giving the body genuine replacement parts for the healing of illness and the repair of daily wear and tear.

The Battle Over Hormone Replacement Therapy

By Dr. David on May 19, 2008

In the 2002 Women’s Health Initiative (WHI), the synthetic hormones Premarin and Prempro were linked with increased risk to stroke, breast cancer, heart attacks, and circulatory disease.
