The front page of the Kansas City Star, October 3rd Sunday Edition, was pink. Good, I thought. The lead article was entitled Research is Emphasizing prevention as a priority, without a doubt a move in the right direction. Prevention is a good strategy because the only time in the “War Against Cancer” that the statistics have looked good was after doctors stopped prescribing Premarin.

Germany, Switzerland, Israel, the U.K., France, and Finland are all recommending limited exposure, especially for children. The data that’s ringing the alarm is of increased cancer of the brain, head, and neck of frequent cell phone users.
