Niacin 100
Niacin 100 is a natural vasodilator that causes blood vessels to expand. Produces heat and reddening of the skin when working optimally, which some may dislike.
Niacinamide 500
Niacinamide 500 is a form of Niacin (Vitamin B3) that does not produce reddening of the skin. Niacinamide 500 is useful in lowering cholesterol.
