Vitamin C
If I were on a desert island and could have just one vitamin supplement, it would have to be Vitamin C. This vitamin is critical in the repair of connective tissue such as ligament and tendon, it helps white blood cells (the body’s police force) work more efficiently, and it helps detoxify numerous poisons.
All of our Vitamin C products are buffered (mineral ascorbates) for easier digestion. They compare favorably with the popular, but much more expensive, Ester C products.
Ascorbate-C
Ascorbate-C is a powdered Vitamin C available from Preventics. – The powder form of vitamin C is preferred in the treatment of infants and toddlers who are too young to swallow pills. Ascorbate-C is also excellent for house pets.
Bio-C
Bio-C, a Vitamin C product available from Preventics, contains 50% bioflavonoids which are needed by the elderly to repair small broken blood vessels. Extra buffering makes this very gentle on the stomach.
C-1000
C-1000 is Dr. David’s preferred form of Vitamin C. It is as close to natural Vitamin C as can be made. It is buffered to reduce stomach irritation. C-1000 contains 10% bioflavonoids to repair small broken blood vessels.
